Police cited Agustin Bell Rivero, 45, for theft, no insurance and an unsafe vehicle after police received a call that two men were reportedly trying to steal from a man at 426 Adams Ave. at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday, reports stated.

 

Dogs reportedly fighting

Two dogs were reported fighting Tuesday evening at 632 E. Sixth St., according to police. The dogs involved were a springer spaniel and a pit bull.

Reports stated the springer spaniel started biting the pit bull first.
