MINNEAPOLIS — President Barack Obama is coming to Minnesota next week for a speech to tout his initiatives before Congress.

The White House confirmed Obama will speak June 1 at Honeywell International’s campus in the Minneapolis suburb of Golden Valley.

Obama’s so-called “to do list” includes incentives to bring jobs abroad back home, encourage small businesses to hire, increase investment in alternative energy and increase job opportunities for veterans.
