Man arrested for disorderly conduct

Police arrested Richard Dwayne Kay, 44, for disorderly conduct and obstructing at 3:01 a.m. Saturday after dispatchers received a call of a man outside yelling at 508 Harriet Lane, according to reports.

 

Windows damaged at high school

A 9- or 10-inch hole was reported in a window at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane, at 7:52 a.m. Saturday, according to police.

A broken window was reported on a door at the south side entrance to the high school at 5:13 p.m Saturday, police stated. Reports indicated it appeared a rock had been thrown through it.

 

Vehicle, garage damaged

A vehicle and garage at 116 S. Second Ave. were reported damaged by paintballs at 6:44 p.m. Saturday, according to police.

 

Man cited for drug paraphernalia

Police cited Ramon Paul DeBoer, 19, for careless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 8:37 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Broadway and East Fourth Street, reports stated.

 

Vehicle broken into on Sheridan

A vehicle was reported broken into at 8:17 a.m. Saturday at 709 Sheridan St., according to police.
