3 arrested for drunken driving

Police arrested Nathan James Johnson, 28, of Albert Lea for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:19 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Lincoln and Ninth streets, according to reports.

Police arrested Tony Michael Abrego, 54, for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 9:58 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Main Street, reports stated.

Police arrested Mario Linares-Villalva, 34, of Albert Lea for second-degree driving while intoxicated and giving false information to police after a traffic stop at the intersection of Blake Avenue and Main Street at 11:17 p.m. Saturday, according to reports.

2 cited for paraphernalia

Police cited Miguel Angel Rodriguez, 21, and Jesus Ramon Rodriguez, 34, for drug paraphernalia at Bancroft Bay Park Saturday night, according to reports.

Vehicle broken into

A vehicle was reported broken into and a purse stolen from 703 Cedar Ave. at 8:49 a.m. Saturday, according to police. The purse was later recovered on the end of Abbott Street.
