Gas can reported stolen

A theft of an 11-gallon red plastic gas gas can was reported stolen from a boat next to a dock on Fountain Lake at 4:59 p.m. Monday, according to Albert Lea police. The gas can had about 6 gallons of gas in it and was reportedly taken sometime between Thursday and Saturday.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Chris Guttierrez for domestic assault after receiving a call of an altercation at 11:06 a.m. Monday at a house at the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and Front Street, according to reports.

 

Man arrested for violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Justin Paul Lee for driving after revocation, speeding, fifth-degree drug possession and displaying revoked plates after a traffic stop at 2:46 a.m. today near the intersection of Minnesota Highway 13 and Freeborn County Road 25, according to reports.
