Luka weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19 1/2 inches long. Arrya weighed 6 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Lorraine and Steve Hacker of Albert Lea and Aileen Hartman of Howe, Iowa. Courtney Poplow and Ronnie Finch of Albert Lea announce the birth of a daughter, Arayah Camille Finch, on June 27, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea.
