A 56-year-old man was reportedly injured while cutting a tree down at 7:17 p.m. Wednesday at 1107 Hershey St. in Albert Lea, according to police. He was reportedly transported to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea. The name of the man has not been released, and his condition this morning was unknown.

 

Woman cited for DWI

Albert Lea police cited Abby Lee Barrickman, 20, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and underage drinking and driving after receiving a complaint that she veered off the road and hit a fence at Graceland Cemetery east of Will-O-Bruce Drive, according to reports.

 

Window reported broken

A window was reported broken at 221 N. Third Ave. at 2:50 a.m. today. Items were reported missing from the residence.
