Intoxicated man arrested

Albert Lea police responded to a call of an intoxicated male laying in the alleyway behind Fisher’s Jewelers around 4:30 p.m. Monday. The man, Allen Jensen, was transported to the Fountain Lake Treatment Center. He was later arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault, a felony, according to reports.

 

3 cited for underage drinking

Albert Lea police cited Joshua R. Kelly, 20, for underage drinking and possession at 10:08 p.m. Saturday at the parking lot along North Broadway.

In a separate incident, at 10:39 p.m. Saturday, Albert Lea police cited Rachel M. Jensen, 19, and Kelly Nicole Nelson, 19, for underage drinking at Harold’s Bar, 1318 E. Main St.
