The Albert Lea Police Department is looking for buildings with graffiti on them that need to be repainted. Albert Lea police Lt. Jeff Strom said the Police Department is working with Freeborn County Court Services to organize a day where juveniles in the Sentence to Service program will paint over the graffiti.
