The report states Fors was traveling eastbound on I-90 in a 2008 Nissan Sentra when she reportedly collided with a guardrail while trying to avoid a collision with a 1992 GMC Topkick that was also traveling eastbound.
Fors’ passenger, Kyle D. Myers, 20, of Spring Lake Park was not injured.
The crash took place at 4 p.m.
Both Fors and Myers were wearing their seat belts.
