Danny and Carolyn Park of Blooming Prairie announce the engagement of their daughter, Jamie, to Patrick Martin. Patrick is the son of James and Gay Martin of Owatonna.

The bride is a graduate of Owatonna High School, and graduated from South Central College with an Associate of Arts degree. The groom is a graduate of Owatonna High School, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in mathematics.

The bride is employed by Wilson Elementary School in Owatonna.

The groom is employed by PreferredOne Health Insurance in Golden Valley.

A wedding is planned for June 21, 2014.
