Tools stolen from work van

Tools were reported stolen out of a van at a construction site at 8:33 a.m. Monday at 28933 872nd Ave., in Newry Township.

 

Vehicle damage reported

A vehicle parked in the alley between Jake’s Pizza and Youth for Christ’s The Rock was reported damaged at 6:06 p.m. Monday.

Albert Lea police received a report at 9:20 p.m. Monday of a silver car that reportedly hit a pole and left on South Fourth Avenue.

 

1 arrested for DWI

Albert Lea police arrested Matthew Dylan Harmdierks, 24, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 12:11 a.m. today near the intersection of West Main Street and South St. Mary Avenue.
