ST. CLOUD — Police have arrested two people who they said had roughly $300,000 worth of methamphetamine in two St. Cloud-area homes.

Reports said authorities arrested a 34-year-old man from the St. Cloud area Thursday on charges including possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. A 25-year-old St. Cloud woman was arrested for outstanding warrants and faces similar possession charges.

Authorities said they found 6 pounds of meth, about $3,500 in cash and a handgun that had been reported stolen in one St. Augusta residence Thursday. They said they found 1 pound of meth, $4,150 in cash and a handgun reported stolen at a house in St. Cloud. They also found 6 grams of MDMA and 125 grams of marijuana at the second house.

It’s unclear if the arrests are related.
