WHITE BEAR LAKE — A White Bear Lake couple harassed by a neighbor for years has decided to end a legal case against her.

Fifty-one-year-old Lori Christensen was scheduled to go on trial Monday in Ramsey County District Court on charges of stalking and violating a restraining order.

Greg Hoffman said he and his wife, Kim, decided to move on, given the fact Christensen is banned from their neighborhood. Christensen’s probation terms from another harassment case involving the couple prohibit her from coming within one mile of their property until 2017.

According to a press release, the Hoffmans first obtained a restraining order against Christensen in 2010 for harassing signs and obscene gestures, among other things.
