Wanda Lejeune sweeps her sidewalk at Countryside Hills Mobile Park. Lejeune and her husband are among several pipeline families currently staying at the park. The City Council will decide today at 5:30 whether the addition of the workers’ RV-type homes increase the park’s nonconforming zoning status.
