A firefighter works as the Hollandale Marketing Association burns in the background Thursday morning. The fire, which was reported shortly after 3 a.m., destroyed the potato-washing building, but quick response by firefighters kept adjacent buildings from being burned. Mayor Ted Radke credited a strong mutual aid response, which brought in firefighters from as far away as Blooming Prairie, he said.
