Another no-no

NEW RICHLAND &045; Sophomore Erin Anderson pitched her second no-hitter of the season as the New Richland-Hartland-Ellendale-Geneva softball team defeated Alden-Conger 10-0 in five innings at New Richland Tuesday.

Anderson struck out five and walked one in going the distance.

Anderson led an 11-hit attack for NRHEG, going 3-for-3 with a double and three RBIs. Betsy Waldhauser was 2-for-3 with a double and two RBIs, Lindsey Hendrickson 2-for-3 with a double and one RBI. Jenny Golhofer had a two-run triple while Jenny Schroeder drove in two runs with a double. Emily Hagen also doubled. Chelsea Quiram singled.
