The 2002 inductees into the Freeborn County Fast-Pitch Softball Hall of Fame have been announced. They are: Fred Schaub, Glenville; Floyd Wangen, Manchester; Allan Tullberg, Albert Lea; Tim Elmer, Albert Lea; David “Dub” Richards, Geneva; and Al Batt, Hartland.

People have until Wednesday to get reservations for the Saturday, June 22 banquet at the Albert Lea Elks Club. Tickets are $15 each and include salad bar, tax, gratuity, beverage and membership. Meal choices are broiled pork chop or broiled chicken served on a bed of rice.

Friends and relatives of these new inductees are encouraged to attend Saturday night for the banquet and induction presentations.
