Betty Jean Ucko, age 81, of Little Canada. Minn., died June 28, 2002.

She was preceded in death by son, John; sister, Helen Perlt; and brothers, Raymond and James Eshelman.

She is survived by daughter, Marianne (Ross) Stone; grandchildren: Kim and Sarah Stone; and also other relatives and friends.

Betty served during World War II overseas with the WACS. She also volunteered at the Minnesota Science Museum, demonstrating spinning and

weaving for many years. She also volunteered at the Harriet Alexander Nature Center in Roseville.

A memorial service was held at the Presbyterian Church of the Way, 3382 N. Lexington Ave., Shoreview, on Tuesday, July 2, at 11 a.m.. Private interment at Roselawn Cemetery. Arrangements by Mueller-Bias Funeral Home, Roseville.
