An Albert Lea businessman was caught for burglarizing his employee’s residence Thursday.
Mr. Tint owner Daniel James Bartel, 47, of 815 S. Broadway Ave., was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, and terroristic threats.
According to a criminal complaint, Bartel showed up at his employee’s house at 510 Wayside Ave. Wednesday night with a large pipe and a pellet gun. He threatened to shoot the employee in her throat 12 times. Then, he slammed the pipe down on the kitchen counter and damaged the sink.
