Ronald V. Schultz Jr., 32, Stewartville

Funeral services for Ronald V. Schultz Jr., age 32, 620 Eighth Ave., N.E., Stewartville, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 14, at Zion Lutheran Church in Stewartville. The Rev. Jules Erickson will officiate. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, at Griffin- Gray Funeral Home in Stewartville, and one hour before services at the church. Interment will be in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Stewartville.

He died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2002, of injuries from an automobile accident in Rice County near Faribault.

He was born Nov. 15, 1969, in Red Wing, the son of Ronald and Judy Schultz. He married Kimberly Munson on July 27, 1996, in Albert Lea.

Ronnie grew up and attended school in Albert Lea and graduated from Albert Lea High School. He had been employed for several years at K and S Heating and Air Conditioning of Rochester, and was presently operational manager. His wife was an instructor at Aldrich Memorial Nursery School in Rochester. He was an active member of Zion Lutheran Church in Stewartville. He was an avid sportsman, active in softball, broomball, hunting, and a member of Oak Summit Golf Club in Rochester.

Survivors include his wife, Kimberly of Stewartville; daughter, Paige, and son, Brock, both of Stewartville; his parents, Ronald and Judy Schultz of Rochester; sister, Stephanie (Jade) Sherman of Albert Lea; paternal grandparents, Virgil and Genevieve Schultz of Red Wing; maternal grandmother, Jan Folstad of Red Wing; mother- and father-in-law, Steve and Joyce Munson of Albert Lea; sister-in-law, Erin Munson and Richard Johnson of Mankato; and his nieces: Allison and Claire Sherman of Albert Lea, and Lindsey Munson of Mankato.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather.

Ronnie was truly a special husband, father, son and friend. Anyone who knew Ronnie loved him. He will be sadly missed by all whose hearts he touched.
