Water park

at Lakeview Park, near Lakeview Boulevard and Martin Road, Monday

morning. The four were searching for worms and collecting them

in a plastic container. Albert Lea got nearly three inches of

rain in a span of a few hours Monday morning, and many low-lying

areas and streets flooded.
