Mexican independence celebrated

Albert Lea-area residents celebrated the Mexican Independence

Day Sunday. After having a small concert by Pastor George Marin,

and Cuban musicians Frank Lopez and Luis Vazquez, the participants

moved to the Albert Lea Art Center, where they enjoyed an exhibition

of Latino art and Mexican appetizers provided by Tienda Mexico.
