Rev. Jerome G. Bangert, devoted husband, father, grandfather and minister died July 10, 2003 at the age of 79. Bangert is from Clarks Grove.

He was preceded in death by parents Chris and Sophie; sister Dorothea. He is survived by loving wife of 38 years Mae; children Barb (John) Botnen, Bev (Dave) Frankenberg, Larry (Trish); grandchildren Ben, Josh, Jackie, Kari, Holly, Krista and Baby Bang; sister Thelma (Art) Nickel; brother Arnie (Adeline) Biedermann. Also survived by many other family and friends.

Funeral service at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 605 W. State St., Keister on Monday, July 14 at 11 a.m. Interment at Our Savior’s Church Cemetery. Visitation at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home, Roseville, 2130 N. Dale and County Road B from 4-8 p.m. today and at the church from 10 a.m. Monday until the service.
