Memorial services for Rachel Marie Lenze will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 20, at the Bonnerup Funeral Service Chapel in Albert Lea. Captain Miles of the Salvation Army will officiate. Visitation without viewing will be held Thursday from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bonnerup Funeral Service in Albert Lea, and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Rachel died Monday evening, Feb. 16, 2004, at the Austin Medical Center In Austin. She was 14 years of age.

Rachel was born July 26, 1989, in Albert Lea, the daughter of Walter I. Lenze Jr. and Cindy L. Jordahl. She was a student at Austin High School where she enjoyed her friends and attended a special prom this past year. She also enjoyed going on walks, Tracy Lawrence music, and time with her Peer Pals.

Rachel is survived by her parents, Walter and Cindy; brothers: Dustin Stender and Tim Lenze; sisters: Angela Lenze, Amanda Stender and Kristina Lenze, all of Albert Lea; grandparents: Walter (Alvina) Lenze of Albert Lea, and Clem (Betty) Stender of Albert Lea; great-grandmother, Doris Hill of Albert Lea; foster parents: Ed (.Judy) Seys of Austin; and foster brother, Daniel Miller of Austin. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Rachel was preceded in death by her aunt, Robin Stender.
