James Franklin Jordan, 61, Licking, Mo.

James F. Jordan, born in Albert Lea on Nov. 15, 1942, passed away at his home in Licking, Mo., on Monday, March 22, 2004.

He and his wife, Pat, moved from Bozeman, Mont., where he was a barber for 32 years, to a farm east of Licking in 1996.

Jim really loved people and never met a stranger. He was active in the United Methodist Church, was a volunteer at South Central Correctional Center, and at the Licking Community Help Center.

He is survived by his wife, Pat; his son, Donald James Jordan and wife Michelle, and granddaughter, Isabel, of Camas, Wash.; a sister, Ruth Lair and family of Rochester; a brother, Mike Jordan and family of Austin; and many friends.

Funeral services were held Friday, March 26, at the United Methodist Church in Licking, Mo. Null Funeral Home of Rolla, Mo., was in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation is suggested for Licking Community Help Center.
