Dorothy J. Dulas, age 93, of Wells died on Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, at Parkview Care Center in Wells. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. an Monday, Aug. 30,

at St. Casimir Catholic Church in Wells. The Rev. Eugene Stenzel will officiate.

Visitation will be at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday with a prayer service at 5:30 p.m. and on Monday at the church one hour prior to the service with Rosary at 9:15 a.m. Interment will be at St. Casimir Catholic Cemetery in Wells.

Dorothy was born on Aug. 25, 1911, in Barber Township, Faribault County, the daughter of Albert P. and Agnes M. (Evan) Hassing. She graduated from St. Mary’s School in Easton, M. On Sept. 11, 1940. She was united in marriage to Clement Dulas at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Easton. She was a long-time resident of Dunbar Township in Faribault County. She farmed along side her husband until his death in 1981. She continued living on the farm and enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, and observing and recording the weather. She was devoted to her faith and family.

She is survived by four children: sons, Albert (wife Rosemary) Dulas of Burnsville, Charles (wife Linda) Dulas of North Mankato, daughters,

Joyce (husband David) Ehrich of Wells, Lorraine (husband Robert) Long of Kasson; 11 grandchildren: Scott Dulas of Duluth, Deborah (Kevin) Lane of Rosemount, Joel (Cindy) Ebrich of Stacy,Ann Ehrich of White Bear Lake,Terri (Donald) Clarke of Newark, NY, Michelle Long of Kasson, Barbara (Charles) Marting of Del City, Okla., Renee Long of Kasson, Mary Long of Norman, Okla., Jeremy (Angela) Dulas of Shakopee, Bradley Dulas of Phoenix, Ariz.; seven great-grandchildren: Daniel and Nathan Lane, Joseph, Ellie and James Ehrich; Ansen and Gabrielle Dulas, twin sister; Alberta Christensen of Owatonna; brother-in-law; Harold (Margery) Blumenshein of North Mankato; and sister-in-law; Margaret Hassing of Owatonna.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1981; three brothers, Paul, Ted and Leo Hassing; and four sisters, Theresa, Mary, Tillie and Rose.
