A funeral mass for Barbara J. Crumb will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at St. Finbarr Catholic Church in Grand Meadow, with the Rev. Steven Peterson officiating. Burial will be at the St. Finbarr Catholic Cemetery.

Barbara I Crumb, age 69, of Grand Meadow, died Wednesday, Dec. 29, 2004, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

Barbara Jan Knutson was born on May 25, 1935, in Albert Lea to Lawrence and Pearl (Gulbrandson) Knutson. She attended and graduated from New Richland High School. Barbara married Dale Crumb on Jan. 28, 1954, at All Saints Catholic Church in New

Richland. He passed away on Dec. 1, 1995. Barb sold Avon Cosmetics for many years.

Barb is survived by her four children: Debra (Steve) Williams of Canton, S.D., Brett (Lori) Crumb of Hartland, Bruce (Therese) Crumb of Lennox, S.D., and Todd (Crystal) Crumb of Dexter; 10 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and mother, Pearl Knutson of Albert Lea.

She was preceded in death by her father; husband, Dale; and an infant son.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Dec. 30, at the Hindt Funeral Home in Grand

Meadow, and one

hour prior to the service at the church. There will be a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
