Adrian Kenneth Storvickd, 76, Glenville

Funeral services for Adrian K. Storvick, age 76, of rural Glenville, will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 29, at the Round Prairie Lutheran Church. The Rev. Tammy Dahlvang will officiate. Interment will be in the Round Prairie Cemetery with military honors accorded by the Freeborn County Veteran’s Organizations. Visitation is 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home, and one hour prior to the services at the church.

Adrian died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005 at St. John’s Lutheran Home.

Adrian Kenneth Storvick was born Aug. 15, 1928, to Alert C. and Henrietta (Rogness) Storvick in Albert Lea. He lived his entire life on the family farm, except for the years he served in the United States Army. Adrian was employed at Streater’s, retiring in the early ’80s. For the next 20 years, he delivered motor homes and was very proud to have visited all 50 states. Adrian was a lifetime member of Round Prairie Lutheran Church where he served in many capacities. He loved singing in the choir and the men’s quartet, which he did for many years. Adrian was a member of the Elks, Eagles, and the Albert Lea Singles & Solos.

Survivors include his sister, Solveig Peterson; brothers: Norman Storvick, and Alvin and his wife Ruth Storvick; sister-in-law, Ellen Storvick; and many nieces and nephews.

Adrian was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Waldemar Storvick; and brother-in-law, Robert Peterson.

Adrian will be missed by all of his family and many friends. Blessed be his memory.
