Cathie Bickle-Dufner, age 39, died suddenly on Oct. 14, 2005, in Redwood City, Calif., where she lived with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Zoey Noelle.

Cathie was raised in Albert Lea and attended Albert Lea High School where she was very involved with theatre, choir, chorale and band. She graduated from Concordia Moorehead College and received her Master’s Degree from Vanderbilt University. She married her husband, Michael, in May 2003 and her daughter Zoey was born Sept. 23, 2004.

Cathie is survived by her husband and daughter; her parents: Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bickle; her siblings; and many nieces and nephews, including her niece and best friend, Chris.

She had many life long friends who loved her very much.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, Oct. 24, starting at 10 a.m. at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, Minn.

Cathie was an amazingly beautiful person who was so full of life. She loved to travel in Europe, spend time with her family and friends, and practice yoga. She has left handprints on our hearts.
