Man cited for DWI charges

Police arrested Jeffrey James Kettwig, 41, of Clarksville, Iowa, with fourth-degree DWI charges Wednesday at 11:07 p.m. during a traffic stop at Nelson&8217;s Market Place on West Main Street.
According to police reports, an officer stopped Kettwig for not having brake lights and found he had been drinking. Kettwig was also charged for not having a Minnesota driver&8217;s license and proof of insurance, police reports stated.
