Mildred L. (Thistlethwaite) Hinders, age 92, of Albert Lea died Monday, March 12, 2007, at the Albert Lea Good Samaritan Center.

Friends may greet the family from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home.

At Mildred&8217;s request, there will be no funeral services.

Mildred Leone Hinders was born July 6, 1914, to James T. and Elva G. (Allen) Fleming in Austin. She grew up and went to school in the Austin area.

Mildred was married to Lacie Thistlethwaite and, after his death, married John Hinders. She lived in various places including Charles City, Iowa, Wisconsin, and, for the last 15 years, Freeborn County. Mildred enjoyed collecting dolls and playing bingo.

Survivors include her children: Nancy Scholljegerdes of Owatonna, Betty Hinders of Albert Lea,

Jean Langbehn of Rochester, and Mike (Carol) Thistlethwaite of Albert Lea; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; and a sister.

Mildred was preceded in death by her husbands, Lacie and John; son, George Thistlethwaite;

daughters, Beverly Gordon, Barbara Ellen Thistlethwaite, Bonita May Thistlethwaite, and Sandra Kondora; grandchildren: George Thistlethwaite Jr., Mike Thistlethwaite Jr., and Kenneth Gordon; and great-grandsons, Caleb Massey and Josh Lovelett.
