The funeral service for Henrietta Hamson of St. John&8217;s Lutheran Home will be 10 a.m. Monday at St. John&8217;s Lutheran Home Chapel of Albert Lea. The Rev. Dan Baker will officiate. Interment will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be hour prior to the service.

Henrietta died Tuesday May 8, 2007, at St. John&8217;s Lutheran Home. She was 80 years old.

Henrietta was born May 7, 1927, in Valentine, Neb., to Leonard and Anna (Johnson) Plooster. She married Adolph Hamson on Nov. 24, 1945. Henrietta was a member of First Lutheran Church. She had worked as a waitress

and was a caring housewife. Henrietta enjoyed music and loved animals.

Henrietta is survived by three grandsons: Carl, Jeff and David Hamson of Texas.

Henrietta is preceded in death by her parents, husband and son James Hamson.
