Randy Lee Stahl II, age 17, of Albert Lea died Sunday, June 10, 2007, at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

A celebration of life for Randy

will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. The Rev. Reggie Klindworth and Captain Ann Mealy will officiate. Interment will be in the Bohemian National Cemetery. Visitation is from 4 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home and one hour prior to the services at the church.

Randy Lee Stahl II was born March 28, 1990, to Randy L. Stahl and Jeanette Chapek in Albert Lea. He was baptized at the Crane Chapel in Austin. He grew up in the Albert Lea area and went to school here, as well as at Mankato East High School. Most recently, Randy had been living in St. Peter. He was a senior soldier in the Mankato Salvation Army and a member of First Lutheran Church in Albert Lea. Randy enjoyed fishing, boating and sports, especially basketball and football. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Jeanette (Clifford) Burton of Albert Lea and Randy (Debbie) Stahl of Willmar; brother, Elisha Stahl; sisters, Brandi Branham, Keysha Stahl, and Makayla and McKenzie Burton; great-grandmothers, Anne Chapek and Agnes Stahl; grandparents: Joyce Chapek, Nancy Stahl, Robert Stahl, and Paul and Avis Wood; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Randy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alvin Chapek; his great-grandparents: Louis Chapek, Leroy Stahl, and Willard and Goldie Anderson; and great-uncle, Arthur Chapek.

He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends.
