Bomb squad called to Clarks Grove

The Bloomington Bomb Squad was called into Clarks Grove Tuesday after a man flagged down some troopers on 309 E. Main St. to look at what appeared to be two sticks of dynamite he found in a box in the back of car that was going to be crushed, according to Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office reports.
The bomb squad picked up the items and took them in for testing.
Spray paint reported at three locations
Graffiti was reported spray painted on the west side of the warming house at Valley Park at 8:38 a.m. Tuesday, according to police reports.
A garage was also reported spray painted on the 600 block of Giles Place at 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, reports stated.
Likewise, two garages were reported spray painted on the 600 block of Marshall Street at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, according to reports.
Windows broken
Windows were reported broken to police at 5:09 p.m. Tuesday at 210 S. Third Ave., reports stated.
A bullet hole was also reported in a window at 8:52 a.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of St. Jacob Avenue.
