WELLS &8212; The Class A 10th ranked United South Central girls&8217; tennis team lost to Class AA fourth-ranked Rochester Century 2-5 Monday.

Andrea Allis and Carolyn Schmitz lost their matches at No. 1 and 2 singles by matching scores of 0-6, 0-6. Jordan Anderson was downed 2-6, 2-6 at No. 3, but Taylor Allis was victorious for the Rebels at No. 4 5-7, 6-4, 6-1.

In doubles action, USC&8217;s top team of Jessica Stenzel and and Molly Yokiel were downed 3-6, 4-6, but Emma Stenzel and Kellie Robbins were able to pick up the team&8217;s other victory in the match 6-4, 5-7, 6-4. Amanda Huper and Cami Christian rounded out doubles with a 2-6, 3-6 loss.

The Rebels are now 6-2 on the season and travel to face

No. 4 St. James tonight.
