This aerial view shows the Lake Mills, Iowa, version of the Avenue of Flags in Arlington Park, which contains the Lake Mills Area Veterans Monument. The special salute to area veterans started with the tank in 1962 and was completed with the dedication of the addition of the four walls and the monument to those who died in wartime on July 10, 2004.
