Tube seized from baby wipes box

A suspicious item described as a chrome hollow tube that was crimped on one end was discovered in a box of baby wipes brought from a child&8217;s home to The Children&8217;s Center at 605 James Ave. Tuesday, according to police reports. Reports indicate the tube was seized by police and was attempted to be tested for marijuana; however, because the residue on the tube was burnt, it could not be tested. Police said no one was charged in the incident.
Vacuum reported stolen
A vacuum cleaner was reported stolen from a home on the 600 block of Main Street in Hartland at 4:23 p.m. Wednesday, according to Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office reports.
