Two arrested for car break-ins

Police arrested two 15-year-old boys over the weekend who are believed to have been involved with several car break-ins and thefts across town. According to police, the boys had been stealing CDs out of vehicles and then walking along the street throwing the ones they didn&8217;t want at houses. They were arrested on Ruble Avenue for possession of stolen property, theft and tampering with a vehicle.
Man cited for disorderly house
Police cited Dennis James Ashton, 56, for a disorderly house at 3:30 a.m. today after receiving a loud music complaint from another apartment near his on Washington Avenue. According to police reports, police arrived at the apartment and asked Ashton to turn down his music, but he refused to do so. That is when he received a citation. He was advised if this happened again, he would go to jail.
