Healing prayer service slated

Our Father&8217;s House in Albert Lea will host an evening of healing prayer for anyone who has a need for physical healing.

The healing service will be Friday, Feb. 1, from 7 to 8 p.m.

Our Father&8217;s House is located 2 miles south of Skyline Plaza on Highway 69.

There will be teams of trained prayer ministers to assist in praying.

Our Father&8217;s House is a nondenominational church that believes in the power of God to heal.

Daybreakers Kiwanis hosts fish fry fundraiser

Albert Lea&8217;s Daybreakers Kiwanis will host a scholarship fish fry fundraiser from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Saturday at the Albert Lea American Legion, 142 N. Broadway.

Tickets are $7.50 for adults and $4 for children 12 years and younger.

Money raised at the fish fry goes toward the club&8217;s scholarship fund.
