&8220;It is truly impressive and is a credit to Hali for her hard work,&8221; Albert Lea head coach Karol Hansen said. &8220;I give credit to the other girls on the team to because they create scoring chances for her and I think there is a mutual respect there between her and the team. We are finding better balance on the floor.

&8220;It is a credit to the program and shows we are continuing to move forward. We also got back-to-back wins for the first time this season which was important for the team.&8221;

Albert Lea shot 59 percent from the floor, 50 percent from behind the arc and 75 percent from the line as it controlled the game from the onset.

The Tigers jumped on the Winhawks early going up 12-0.

Abbey Arends had 18 points while Katie Schou and Morgan Stadheim added seven apiece.

&8220;This shows the girls we continue to make progress,&8221; Hansen said. &8220;We still have areas to work on, but we competed for the Big Nine last year and we are right in the middle again this season.&8221;
