Joseluis Lara Ortiz, 31, was arrested at 2:12 a.m. Sunday for disorderly conduct, according to police reports. A fight was reported at 134 W. William St. and officers were called to the scene.

Wayne Alln Demay, 37, was arrested at 10:46 p.m. Sunday at East Main Street and Morningside Road for driving after revocation and was held for bail, according to police reports.
