The Albert Lea Family Y is offering a youth track and field program for boys and girls in kindergarten through sixth-grade. All activities are played for fun, with emphasis on fundamentals, participation and values.

Kindergarten through third-grade will practice from 1 to 1:55 p.m. with fourth- through sixth-grade to follow until 2:55.

The season will be held in the afternoons at Hammer Field and will begin on Saturday, March 29 and will run through Saturday, May 17.

Registration has begun, and cost is $15 for members and $30 for others.

All registrations must be made in person at the Y at 2021 W. Main St. and volunteers are welcome. For questions, call the Y at 373-8228.
