The Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts in the region on Saturday will hold their annual Scouting for Food event. People in Albert Lea can place nonperishable food in plastic bags on their front steps early Saturday and the Scouts will pick up the bags. The food will be delivered to the local Salvation Army food shelf.
