Three arrested on outstanding warrants

The Freeborn County Sheriff&8217;s Office arrested three men Monday after it was notified that there were men with known warrants out for their arrest staying at 415 Garfield Ave.

Daniel Dybedahl, age not released; Tyler Thomas Clayton, 19, and Paul Jasper Frantum, 21, were arrested at 1:48 p.m. Monday at the home, according to police reports.

Dybedahl was wanted by the Minnesota Department of Corrections, according to reports. Clayton had an warrant out for his arrest from Nicollet County. Frantum was arrested on a warrant from Blue Earth County and for fifth-degree possession of narcotics.

When officers arrived Frantum tried to run out the back door and Dybedahl and Clayton were going to run out the front door, according to reports.

Officers found a plastic spoon covered in clear plastic containing a white paste. According to reports, this paste contained morphine.

A Minnesota Department of Corrections agent and the Albert Lea Police Department aided in the arrests.

Two arrested for DWI over weekend

David Jon Beckel, 43, was arrested for fourth-degree DWI at 1:16 a.m. Saturday at Freeborn County Road 46 and County Road 117, testing a .17 blood alcohol level, according to police reports.

Tammy Jo Daniels, 46, was arrested for third degree DWI and for an open bottle in a vehicle at 12:56 a.m. Sunday at 107 Park Ave. W. in Hollandale, with a blood alcohol level of .21, according to reports. Daniels was taken to detox, police reports stated.
