Catherine Nyree McCabe, 28, was arrested for driving after a suspended license at 12:34 a.m. Monday on Southeast Marshall Street near the water tower, according to reports. Her vehicle was towed and police seized a bottle of Viagra that did not belong to either person in the car, reports state.
