Leah Arteaga of Hugo received a bachelor of arts degree on May 17 from Hamline University’s College of Liberal Arts, graduating cum laude with a major in psychology.

Arteaga, a graduate of Glenville-Emmons High School, is the daughter of Haruhisa and Carrie Kosuge of Hugo.
