Central Freeborn Lutheran takes trip to Twins game

Fully Rely On God of Central Freeborn Lutheran Church sponsored a bus trip to Lutheran Night at the Twins on Aug. 19. There were 57 Twins fans on the bus.

Drawn to represent the group on the field in leading the singing of the National Anthem was Luke Rogers.

There were 37 people on the bus honored with some sort of prize. Prizes ranged from a calculator to a Justin Morneau bobblehead.

Central Freeborn Lutheran Church will host its Annual Soup and Pie Supper on Monday, Sept. 22, with serving from 4 to 7 p.m.

The next bus trip will be Saturday, Dec. 6, to Clear Lake, Iowa. This will be a trip to “Christmas by the Lake” consisting of a lighted Christmas parade and fire works over the lake, followed by a meal at KFC in Clear Lake.
