Larsen family roots in A.L. go back to 1800s

Erik Larsen is the candidate who will represent our area with the type of leadership that is needed in St. Paul. Through the years, Erik has come to learn the values and ideas that our district shares. Erik has been a leader in the area. His family roots go deep in this community, spanning several generations, going back to the 1800s. Erik strongly believes in the small businesses that have built our area up. We need to be sure that we protect these businesses from the out-of-control spending that has taken over St. Paul. Erik will continue to fight for small business, as he has his whole life.

We need to stop pushing business away. Instead, let’s do everything in our power to attract new industry to our area. We are at a make-or-break point. Area youth are watching to see if there will be an opportunity for us to work and raise a family in this area. If we remain on our current track, there is no way that southern Minnesota will be able to support the young worker five, 10, even 20 years down the road.

Spending in St. Paul is through the roof. We need to put away the state’s credit cards and bring fiscal responsibility back. Taxes are not the answer. Instead of raising taxes across the board, let’s cut down on the amount of government there is. Government needs to be better, not bigger.

We need to start looking down the road to the opportunities that we are going to leave our youth with. Let us show them that we are committed to this area by electing a true leader to the House of Representatives. That leader is Erik Larsen.
