Daybreakers Kiwanis recently named Lois Ahern Kiwanian of the Year.

Ahern, Freeborn County Public Health Director and Community Health Services Administrator, has been a member of Daybreakers Kiwanis since 2000.

Albert Lea’s Daybreakers Kiwanis was established in 1976. Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.
